First time bloggin

Ok so I'm new to blogging I honestly had to google what to do (I know I'm a nerd) Just wanted to make sure I post something even though I know no one is listening. I wonder, does this happen to everyone when they post on their blog for the first time do you feel like your talking to yourself?
